I joined The Howard Clinic in Dec 2016 and it has been great having opportunity to work among highly qualified specialists. I graduated from University of Bradford with BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy in 2011. As I always had high interest in Musculo-Skeletal conditions I started my career as junior MSK Physiotherapist in the private sector and got promoted to senior role in late 2015. Since the start of my career I have also completed Foundation course in Acupuncture and expanded my knowledge in Acupuncture through safe clinical practice for last 3 years. Having worked in specialised Reading Shoulder Unit at Berkshire Independent Hospital, I have gained extended experience in treating people with various shoulder problems. Along with Manual therapy, Acupuncture and rehabilitation with suitable exercise programmes, I often recommend hydrotherapy to many of my patient for improving rehabilitation. After seeing many patients respond so well to Hydrotherapy, I have started studying different hydrotherapy technique in order to become more specialised in Aquatic Physiotherapy. In addition, since 2013, I am a qualified Manual Handling Trainer , which has helped me teach the basic principles of Back and Neck care to my patients and colleagues. >> BACK TO MEET THE TEAM |
